Michael Hudlow

A senior leader with team building and strategy technology risk assessment for 25+ years “Big 4” experienced, team leader, vision-driven, goal-focused executive with a proven history of innovation and achievement. With a long career of global large-scale problems and projects, building and motivating teams, building alliances, researching solutions and deploying them globally. 

With an established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Expertise encompassing all aspects of strategic alignment of technology to goals, global business development operations, cross functional team management, and knowledge and data management. Building consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change.

In addition to large project management and strategic alignment, he has operational experience that includes management of teams across 85 countries in the technical desktop arena and server room build outs. Mr. Hudlow has developed and implemented industry best practices and procedures for asset management and desktop technology management.

Andrea Ormond

Ms. Ormond is globally recognized for promoting cloud initiatives and digitizing/automating processes to reduce operational costs, solve for inefficiencies, propel strategic business growth, and surface go-to-market knowledge.  She has over two decades of professional services experience on cross-functional teams and client facing assignments, as well as technical (SaaS) knowledge with expertise in translating complex technical concepts to easy-to-understand ideas.


In her most recent role as Alvarez & Marsal's ("A&M") Global Head of CRM, Ms. Ormond delivered cloud ecosystem services to 5,500 users in 60 offices and 25 business units. She offered business digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives, ensure client consent data privacy, and optimize front-and back-end technical processes. 


Ms. Ormond was a founding member of the Global Salesforce and Knowledge Management divisions at A&M where she established and implemented platform vision, effective strategies, outcomes, and lead teams in alignment with organizational requirements and as per technological standards. Ms. Ormond also supported external client consulting engagements for various business units, including the Disputes & Investigations forensics consulting team.
