My Story

Good news for me — I have the chance to tell you a bit about myself. I'm a go-to person for all things CRM.

Firstly, the details: I went to Drexel University in Philadelphia, and since then (more than a minute ago), I have worked for PwC, Arthur Andersen, and Alvarez & Marsal in leading National and Global Operations in many technical fields to include what I have been focusing on for the past 16 years, CRM. I am also the author of the CRM book How Not To F*ck Up A CRM System 

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most prominent players in the industry, helping them set up and optimize their CRM systems. 


One of my strengths is navigating the complexities of setting up large-scale CRM systems and aligning them to actual business needs.
